Welcome to Mountain View Estates - A Community You'll Be Proud to Call Home 

Construction began in the fall of 1988 of this 46 acre community, which was once hay fields with views of historic Missionary Ridge and Lookout Mountain, which both have a Civil War history that was critical to the North in securing the south in water and rail transport. 

With the homeowner in mind, large lots built on paved and curbed roads and individual parking was established. All utilities (electricity, cable, gas, telephone, water and sewer) are underground which keeps the park looking clean and neat of poles and overhead lines thru out the community. Having city water and city sewer means that we have no septic tanks. 

Each homeowner agrees to abide by a set of rules and regulations, which helps to assure that this community is kept neat, safe, and clean for all residents. 

Every resident enjoys our twice a week free garbage service, and we also mow the residents grass 3-4 times a month if the homeowner would like. 

We are within minutes of shopping, freeways, hospitals, schools, entertainment, and downtown Chattanooga Tennessee and Ft. Olglethorpe Georgia. 

Much of the success of our community can be attributed to the high standards, fair rules and regulations, a good screening process, and excellent management, all in a very convenient location.
